When can I expect to receive my shipment?

Internationally "All orders are shipped from our warehouse within five business days. Shipment will arrive between 10 to 20 business days by Air Cargo Service Shipping after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

What is your Shipping Cost?

In Dhaka, Cash On Delivery & outside of Dhaka, Advanced Delivery Charge should be delivered via Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket. The amount is 130 BDT.

We have an up & downs International shipping rate of BDT 850-1050 Per Kg from South Korea to Bangladesh. This condition is applicable for all Pre-Order Product Purchase Shipping By Air Cargo Services Only.

Which countries can I do the shipment?

Currently, we make shipments from South Korea to Bangladesh only.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the same day of placing an order. However, you may contact us via to request such changes.

Can I deliver to another address other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will be shipped on the next day after the day you ordered.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

bKash, Nagad and COD (Cash 0n Delivery)

When I exchange an item, there are two transactions on my Bkash, Nagad, Rocket- can you explain?

When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps:
1. A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2. A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.

Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. Please note that billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization, and once authorized, it will post immediately to your account. Therefore, while both the credit transaction and the billing transaction for the exchange coincide, it may take longer for the credit to post to your Bkash, Nagad, Rocket depending upon the Authorized processing times for credits.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bkash, Nagad, Rocket original payment method within 10-15 Office Working days.

I ordered/received the wrong product. Should I return it?

If your online order is not as expected, please Message Us. The following terms should be considered before return.

1. If the product is damaged or broken while delivering the product, you must call and inform us in front of the Deliveryman. You can contact us on 01841-972919 or email If you can't receive the product yourself for some reason, you must inform the person who received the product instead of you. No such complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.

2. If the wrong product or number is not correct while receiving the product, your Invoice number and the received product are not the same; you need to call and inform the delivery man in front. We will deliver the missing products to you within 24-72 hours, and you do not have to pay any extra delivery charge. No such complaint will be admissible after the delivery man has left.

3. The product is as expected. However, if it doesn't work after receiving the product, it does not work as expected, or the feature mentioned on the product page is missing, you can contact our complaint handling team. Remember, you must notify us of your complaint within 24 hours after receiving the product.

My item arrived, but it was damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and Message Us or call us as soon as possible at +8801841-972919 for assistance.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is usual for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and either Message Us or call us immediately at+8801841-972919.
